We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will work on the development, fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems across a variety of domains. You’ll be part of a team that builds intelligent systems using cutting-edge NLP and deep learning technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) for internal and client-facing applications.
  • Implement scalable training and inference pipelines on the cloud or distributed infrastructure.
  • Customize and optimize LLMs using techniques like LoRA, quantization, and distillation.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and safety.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to integrate LLMs into products.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM research and apply relevant findings.
  • Ensure model reliability, security, fairness, and alignment with ethical standards.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, PaLM, Claude, Falcon, LLaMA).
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with modern ML infrastructure (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, distributed training).
  • Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Weights & Biases, MLflow, Airflow).
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD is a plus).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Understanding of data privacy, model alignment, and ethical AI practices.
  • Experience contributing to open-source LLM projects.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Flexible remote work policy
  • Learning and development budget
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies with world-class talent
