Job Title: Live-Out Chef
Location: Isolo, Lagos Employment Type: Part-time Schedule: 2-3 days per week (days and hours to be agreed)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable chef to prepare meals for a household in Isolo, Lagos. This is a live-out position, 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
Plan and prepare fresh, high-quality meals, including intercontinental dishes (Continental, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, etc.) alongside Nigerian favourites
Cook in batches and portion meals for the days you're not on site
Plan menus in line with the household's tastes and dietary needs
Buy or list groceries and ingredients, and keep within an agreed budget
Keep the kitchen, utensils and equipment clean, organised and hygienic
Follow food safety and storage practices at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a home, private or professional chef
Strong skills in intercontinental cuisine, plus Nigerian dishes
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling
Able to work independently and manage time well
Punctual, honest, discreet and presentable
Able to commute to Isolo on the agreed days
Verifiable references (a food handler's certificate is an advantage).
