Job Title: Liquid Filling Machine Operator

Job Description
They seek a skilled and experienced Liquid Filling Machine Operators to join their Production Department.
The successful candidate will operate, adjust, troubleshoot and maintain pharmaceutical liquid filling equipment used in the manufacture and packaging of syrups, suspensions, lotions and other liquid pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic liquid filling machines.
Adjust filling volumes, speeds and machine settings to achieve production targets.
Ensure consistent fill volumes and minimize product losses.
Carry out machine changeovers, cleaning and line clearance in accordance with approved SOPs.
Identify and resolve common equipment faults, including filling inaccuracies, nozzle dripping, pump malfunction and conveyor problems.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records and comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to minimize downtime.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of OND, NABTEB, Trade Test Certificate or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience operating liquid filling machines, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Practical knowledge of volumetric or piston filling systems, pumps, filling nozzles and conveyors.
Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical faults.
Understanding of GMP, equipment cleaning and pharmaceutical production documentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience operating liquid filling and capping equipment for pharmaceutical syrups, suspensions and lotions
