We are looking for a qualified professional to provide engineering planning, design, surveillance, and technical support for safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling and well completion operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Drilling Basis of Design documentation, including casing design, torque and drag analysis, and hydraulics.
Develop functional specifications and scopes of work for drilling equipment and services.
Provide technical expertise and engineering support to Operations and Development teams.
Ensure well objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection.
Monitor drilling operations and identify opportunities to improve regional well construction performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in well planning and execution.
Experience with international assignments.
Deepwater drilling experience for candidates applying for deepwater drilling engineering positions.
Experience using well design software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Relevant industry experience in well planning and execution.
