Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law, preferably gained from a reputable law firm, financial institution, or multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience managing litigation and working with external counsel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
