We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Legal & Compliance Intern (NYSC)
Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: NYSC
Responsibilities
Maintain an organized repository of legal and regulatory documents.
Ensure proper retention of contracts, licences, regulatory correspondence and legal records.
Review contracts and agreements before execution.
Maintain a register of active contracts and agreements.
Monitor expiry and renewal dates of contracts.
Ensure third-party arrangements contain appropriate confidentiality, liability, service-level and termination provisions.
Ensure appropriate customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) are conducted where applicable.
Monitor transactions for potential suspicious or unusual activities.
Escalate suspected breaches and suspicious transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
