Minimum requirements
A relevant degree at NQF Level 7, aligned with the subject areas.
One to two years’ experience in lecturing or facilitation.
Experience teaching or supporting learners in an online environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners and colleagues.
An openness to educational innovation and the responsible use of AI.
A commitment to ongoing development in emerging technologies.
Assessor and Moderator certification would be advantageous.
Strong teaching, assessment and learner-support capabilities.
Effective project planning, organisation and administration skills.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
Practical knowledge of AI, generative AI and their applications in education and the workplace.
The ability to help learners use technology safely, thoughtfully and ethically.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00.
Overtime: As required.
Selection process: Two interviews.
