Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned undergraduate courses.
  • Conduct and participate in academic research.
  • Assist with student supervision and academic advising.
  • Prepare course materials, tests, examinations, and other assessments.
  • Participate in departmental and university academic activities.

Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • A Master's (with 3 years of experience) or PhD degree in Political Science or a closely related discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Evidence of academic or research potential with 3 years of experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT and relevant digital tools for teaching and research.
  • Relevant teaching or research experience will be an advantage.
  • Possession of a PhD will be an added advantage.
