TSIBA Education is seeking a skilled and adaptable Marketing and Digital Marketing Lecturer to join our faculty, with a primary focus on teaching and module ownership. The ideal candidate should demonstrate both academic and industry expertise in Marketing while fostering a culture of critical thinking, ethical leadership and lifelong learning. The lecturer and module owner in marketing and digital marketing teaches and coordinates undergraduate marketing modules, develops industry-relevant learning materials and assessments, monitors student success and assures the academic quality of assigned modules. The incumbent must demonstrate expertise in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, market research, branding and integrated marketing communications, as well as practical knowledge of digital campaigns, social media, search marketing, content strategy and marketing analytics. The role also entails supporting adjunct lecturers, mentoring students and contributing to scholarship, industry engagement and curriculum improvement. The ideal candidate’s minimum requirements & competencies should include: Master's degree in marketing, digital marketing or a closely related discipline is required.Higher education teaching and assessment experience, with expertise in marketing and digital marketing - a teaching qualification is advantageous.PhD (completed or in progress) is an added advantage.To be part of this dynamic organisation, please send a 2 page CV with a motivation letter to [[hr@tsiba.ac.za]].
