The Lead, Performance Marketing is responsible for driving efficient digital customer acquisition, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention across Shuttlers'products.
This role will own the performance marketing engine across paid digital channels, while also leading lifecycle and growth marketing initiatives designed to move customers through the funnel and increase repeat usage. The role will be responsible for continuously optimizing campaigns, budgets, audiences, creative, customer journeys, and marketing channels to deliver measurable growth at an efficient cost.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Shuttlers' digital performance marketing strategy across paid social, search, display, and other relevant digital acquisition channels.
Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to deliver against customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue targets.
Own campaign performance across the full acquisition funnel, from awareness and consideration through sign-up, first trip, repeat usage, and retention.
Continuously analyze channel, audience, creative, placement, and campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve CAC, CPA, conversion, and ROAS.
Develop and manage structured testing programs across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, and campaign formats.
Work closely with the Creative team to develop and test high-performing digital creative and messaging.
Identify new digital acquisition channels and opportunities for scalable customer growth.
Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, and other relevant channels.
Develop segmented customer journeys for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and other key customer moments.
Use customer behavior and product usage data to develop targeted campaigns that increase frequency, repeat bookings, and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with Product and Data teams to improve conversion points, tracking, attribution, customer segmentation, and digital customer journeys.
Establish and maintain performance dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into marketing efficiency and growth.
Develop and communicate actionable insights from campaign and customer data to inform marketing and business decisions.
Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Data, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure performance and lifecycle marketing activity supports broader business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role.
Proven experience managing digital acquisition campaigns and marketing budgets across multiple channels.
