Promoting and selling laboratory equipment, reagents and diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare institutions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with laboratory technologists, pathologists, procurement officers and hospital administrators.
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and customer training.
Preparing accurate sales quotations, proposals and tender documents.
Developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through field visits, referrals and market research.
Maintaining accurate customer and sales pipeline records through CRM systems.
Coordinating product installation, calibration and user training with the technical/service team.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Preparing regular sales, activity and sales forecast reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Sales/Marketing or a related field. A Diploma in a relevant field may be considered with relevant experience.
1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in laboratory equipment, medical diagnostics or healthcare products.
Experience selling laboratory equipment, reagents or diagnostic consumables to hospitals, clinics and laboratories will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Registration with KMLTTB will be an added advantage.
