Academic Bachelor’s Degree in Health Records and Information Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited institution.
Professional Cumulative service period of six (6) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Health Records and Information Management Officer I or in a comparable position.
Professional Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable).
