We're looking for confident, goal-driven sales executives with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth at kiosk locations across Lagos, working in partnership with one of our sales partners.
No prior experience is required though 0 - 1 year in sales is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Sell products and services to existing and potential customers at your assigned kiosk
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
OND or SSCE (minimum)
0 - 1 year of sales experience (an advantage, not a requirement)
Must reside within or near one of the listed locations
Age: not above 25 years
Available to work Monday to Saturday.
Compensation
Fixed salary: N80,000/month (net)
Performance incentives: up to N300,000/month, with average earners taking home an additional ~50,000/month
Realistic total monthly earning range: roughly N110,000 - N130,000 / month for typical performers, with high performers earning significantly more.
