Develop new customers and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels, and energy storage systems.
Manage customer relationships and sales negotiations.
Develop dealers, distributors, and sales channels.
Prepare sales reports and market updates.Job Requirements
Job Requirements
2–5 years’ experience in sales or business development.
Experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or renewable energy preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the Nairobi market.
Chinesespeaking candidates preferred.
Experience with Chinese solar brands, inverters, or lithium batteries highly preferred.
Good English communication skills.
