Job Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and customer followup.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and basic sales reports.
Maintain customer records and filing, ensuring accuracy and updates.
Handle customer calls, emails, and messages; coordinate with internal teams.
Support dealer and distributor communication and aftersales coordination.
Perform other sales administrative tasks as assigned.Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entrylevel candidates welcome.
Basic proficiency in computers and office software (Word, Excel, email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detailoriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Basic English communication skills; Chinesespeaking an advantage.
