Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive safety culture and secure working environment in passenger services
Identify and report hazards, near misses, incidents, and accidents; lead mitigation briefings
Deliver efficient, highquality customer service to airlines at all touch points
Ensure smooth arrival, departure, and transfer of passengers at JKIA
Plan safe deployment of buses to achieve ontime performance and minimize waiting times
Monitor bus serviceability and activate fallback plans when needed
Operate buses safely at the ramp in adherence to company procedures
Conduct daily serviceability checklists and maintain bus cleanliness
Ensure announcements are available and used appropriately in buses
Transport passengers to legally agreed drop/pick points within the airport
Contribute to development of KQ product portfolio to meet service standards
Maintain grooming standards and ensure passenger and bus safetySkills

Qualifications
Relevant Certificate or Diploma course
Minimum KCSE O level Grade D+
Valid driving licence categories ABCDE
Endorsement for class G by NTSA
Ground handling equipment certificate
Equipment operator training (Level I – Tractor/Pallet mover; Level II – All GSE except Pushback; Level III – All GSE)
Radio telephonic certificate (Level III only)
Airside Driving certification
Airside Safety Awareness
Aviation Security Awareness
Dangerous Goods CAT 8 certification
