Main Functions

In charge of all the logistics for the geosciences community
Assure the first level support for all the geosciences people (not for PC)
Provide desks, chairs, telephone, furniture to the geosciences staff
Raise requests to Logistic Works & Maintenance and other entities and follows the execution of the requests
Responsible of the Geosciences Visitors database. Follow up of accommodation for the visitors
Arrange accommodation, car, driver, radio, security, badge and to confirm the flight tickets for the visitors
In charge of the Weekly Report for Logistics
PTS correspondent for GSR
Coordinate technical meetings and refreshment requests and follow up
Organize end-of-year parties and divisional functions for visiting VIP's and GSR people
Coordinate and report on the statistics of GSR missions.

Accountabilities

Most of the requests from Geosciences community should be completed as soon as possible (Time is money in Operations)
Very high responsibility on the management of the visitors. Some of them are VIP
Responsible of the organization of the security of the visitors
Responsible to maintain the stock of paper and ink for all the GSR printers and plotters
To raise the PR as soon as the request is received
A lot of work on PTS with all missions and visitors.
