MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Create reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions that address specific user needs and contribute to the success of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, React, Next.js, and C#
Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects
Participate in code reviews and follow industry best practices for development and security
Continuously explore new technologies and improve development practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements.
Design software architecture and create technical specifications based on the project needs.
Develop software applications by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Perform thorough testing and debugging of software to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
Ensure software meets quality standards, performance requirements, and security guidelines.
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback on code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and testers,to ensure effective project execution.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Provide support and maintenance for existing software applications as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and best practices.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in software development.
Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks.
Experience with databases, APIs, and software development best practices will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and supporting complex software solutions.
Proven experience with PHP Laravel, C#, React, and Next.js
Strong understanding of MySQL and MongoDB database design and management
Familiarity with API development and integration
Experience with version control tools like Git
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries.
Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
Strong problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
A portfolio of personal projects or previous work experience is highly desirable.
Candidates must have remained with at least one employer for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years, demonstrating stability and commitment in previous roles.
