Job Summary
We are seeking a technically competent Junior Service Engineer to support HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, supervise field technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
Diagnose equipment faults and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.
Supervise technicians during maintenance, repairs, and commissioning activities.
Conduct site visits to provide technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.
Monitor service activities to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion.
Prepare technical reports on service activities, equipment faults, and repairs carried out.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, or related technical services.
Basic knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Ability to identify equipment faults and assist in resolving technical issues.
Experience or ability to supervise technicians during field service activities.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Salary N300,000 - N400,000 monthly (net).
