We have a leading proven track record in our field in South Africa, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rw Junior Sales Interns – Call Centre (Automotive) Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote the company’s automotive products and services. Respond to inbound customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and identify potential sales opportunities. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline and support conversion. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, equipment, or related products based on their requirements. Record customer interactions, enquiries, leads, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM or relevant systems. Schedule appointments, showroom visits, product demonstrations, and sales consultations for the sales team. Support the sales team with market research, customer feedback, lead generation campaigns, and other sales activities. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner. Strong interest in sales, customer service, and the automotive industry. Persuasive, energetic, and comfortable speaking to customers and making frequent outbound calls. Good computer skills, with the ability to use CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, and other digital communication platforms.
