Relevant trade test qualification. Experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Valid driver's license. Knowledge of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems. DUTIES: Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure that project requirements are met. Track project timelines, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and status updates. Coordinate meetings, schedules, resources, and project activities. Follow up on outstanding tasks and resolve project-related queries. Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with client specifications and required quality standards.
