Junior It Support Officer At The Place

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users (Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology

Qualifications

• OND in Computer Science
• 1 year of basic experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
