Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and related systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, security patching, and system updates. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate infrastructure issues to minimise operational impact. Support the administration of Linux and Microsoft server environments. Assist with the configuration and maintenance of switches, firewalls, and network devices. Maintain and support copper and fibre connectivity where required. Deploy, configure, and commission new server, networking, and infrastructure equipment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and customers. Contribute to infrastructure reliability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Experience and skill required Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or related A+, N+ or similar (advantageous) Understanding of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, TCP/IP networking and DNS. Understanding of servers and data-centre environments Understanding of copper and fibre connectivity Willing to work overtime, Driver's licence and own reliable transport Apply now!
