Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to support the day-to-day Human Resource operations of our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support staff relations activities.
  • Assist in organizing training and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support general Human Resource administrative activities and prepare Human Resource reports.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Human Resource role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally. Must be proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Important location requirement: Applicants MUST reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu Garage, and their surrounding areas. Candidates who live far from the stated areas may not be considered due to the location and operational requirements of the role.
