Key Responsibilities Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and accounting activities using Xero. Manage debtors, creditors, payment runs and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyse financial information, management accounts and month-end reports. Assist with VAT preparation and financial compliance. Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments and financial performance. Provide financial insights and analytical support to the business owner. Support commercial decision-making, pricing and profitability analysis. Work with Salesforce and other digital platforms to improve financial visibility and reporting. Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve operational efficiencies. Liaise with outsourced accountants on technical accounting and statutory submissions. Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting or an equivalent accounting-related qualification. Solid practical accounting and financial management experience. Strong, hands-on experience with Xero is essential. Salesforce experience is essential. Strong financial analytical and reporting capabilities. Good understanding of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, VAT and month-end processes. Strong digital and technology capabilities, with an interest in automation and AI. Pricing experience would be advantageous. Experience within the advertising, media or related commercial environment would be beneficial.
