Junior Costing Analyst -manufacturing/ Engineering

• Maintain and analyse costing data, pricing models and Excel-based costing tools, supporting accurate product pricing and sales quotations.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12, preferably with Mathematics
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or a related field advantageous
• 3–4 years’ experience in a similar costing or pricing role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, query writing and workbook automation
• Ability to perform complex calculations and maintain costing models
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and bills of materials for costing purposes
• Experience monitoring price fluctuations and updating pricing information
• Technical or mechanical knowledge advantageous
• Experience with Infor Visual advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
