Responsibilities

• Create content for social media, blogs, and SEO across client brands.
• Support digital-led strategy development and execution.
• Assist influencer strategy execution with influencers and brand advocates.
• Manage social communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and scheduled posts.
• Grow brand presence across YouTube, X, Facebook, and other relevant assets.
• Support customer relations through social and online feedback channels.
• Use social measurement tools to report metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support consumer research and insight gathering.
• Attend event coverage and upskill in videography, photography, and editing.
• Track latest copywriting and content trends.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field; CIM or digital marketing certification is an added advantage

Experience:

• Over 2-3 years of progressive experience in a busy environment, including at least 1 year in a marketing agency.
