Key Responsibilities

Support Johanniter values and contribute to international and country strategy.Programme Management

Assist Programme Manager and Senior PMEAL Officer in overseeing project implementation.

Ensure partner staff understand donor requirements.

Streamline gender and inclusion in project implementation.

Support identification of funding opportunities and proposal writing.

Review partner narrative and monthly BVA reports.Learning, Evaluation, Accountability & Monitoring

Monitor partner project implementation and provide feedback.

Support assessments, baselines and evaluations.

Contribute to proposal design, indicators and log frames.

Conduct regular project monitoring visits.

Support reporting and accountability mechanisms.

Collect success stories, case studies and documentation.Coordination & Representation

Represent Johanniter in projectlevel meetings and workshops. (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});

Support information sharing with partners.Partnership Support & Management

Support partner mapping, selection and vetting.

Facilitate partnership review processes.

Ensure partner participation in project cycle meetings.

Strengthen partnership relationships and feedback mechanisms.

Identify partner capacity strengthening needs.Person SpecificationProfession / Qualification

Person Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Studies, Community Development, Public Health, Agriculture or related field.Experience

3+ years’ relevant work experience in humanitarian or development organizations.

Practical experience working with partner organizations.

Experience in nutrition, WASH, food security and livelihoods.

Knowledge of MEAL concepts and project cycle management.

Familiarity with SPHERE and CHS guidelines is an advantage.

Strong writing skills in English.Skills

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

Selfdriven, culturally aware and able to work in harsh environments.
