Job Summary We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective management of our people, HR processes, and employee experience. Promote adherence to workplace policies, procedures, and standards of professional conduct. Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives. Performance & Attendance Management Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave utilization, and other relevant employee records. Support the implementation of performance management and appraisal processes. Maintain performance documentation and follow up on outstanding evaluations. Assist managers with performance-related documentation and employee improvement processes. Identify recurring workforce issues and bring them to management's attention.
