Champion positive change and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture. Technical Delivery Lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale web and mobile applications. Participate in architecture, system design, estimation, and technical decision-making. Drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerisation, and DevOps adoption. Research and introduce innovative technologies to improve product delivery and customer outcomes. Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Manage delivery expectations while ensuring quality, security, and compliance standards are met. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added customer value. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of software development experience within enterprise environments. Proven experience leading development teams and delivering software projects successfully. Strong Java development expertise, particularly within the Spring ecosystem. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, design patterns, and best practices. Experience designing and architecting solutions within enterprise environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent. Ability to thrive in diverse client environments and technology stacks. Comfortable working within a hybrid environment.
