Key Responsibilities
Present menu options and lead suggestive selling based on customer preferences.
Handle customer interactions across multiple touchpoints.
Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials.
Take orders and deliver them neatly and accurately.
Present menus, answer questions and provide guidance on food and beverages.
Monitor guest dining experience, ensure satisfaction and escalate concerns to the manager.
Collaborate with team members to ensure positive customer experiences.
Manage float money, ensure availability of change and timely closure of counter variances.
Present bills promptly and process payments.
Order items in Vuka, receive supplies and key in orders in POS.
Handle aggregator tabs, pack and dispatch orders.
Clear tables, clean counters and maintain hygiene standards.
Communicate repair/maintenance or IT issues to the Area Manager.
Perform branch closing duties.Qualifications

Strong upselling skills and ability to inform guests about new menu products.

Proficiency in Point of Sale systems.
