Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA accounts and JOG sites/host partners, executing structured call cycles and visit schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, buyers, procurement managers, catering managers, HORECA owners, office/facilities managers and property/landlord managers.
Identify, pitch and convert new HORECA business opportunities and new JOG kiosk/coffeestation locations.
Track tenders and business leads; maintain updated account/siteprospect pipeline.
Deliver coffee demonstrations, cuppings and tastings; set up and calibrate espresso and brewing equipment.
Uphold Java House coffee quality and presentation standards.
Train JOG site baristas, attendants and partner staff; advise partners on menu integration and brewing methods.
Ensure accurate and timely order and supply management; communicate fulfilment status proactively.
Ensure compliance with company credit policy; collect outstanding debts and collaborate with Finance on payments.
Develop and present quarterly promotional plans and sampling proposals; implement branding, visibility and loyalty initiatives.
Act as primary contact for all customer/partner enquiries; resolve complaints within 72 hours.
Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports; provide market insights and competitor activity feedback.

Professional barista training or certification (e.g. SCA Barista Skills, Brewing or Sensory modules) is a strong advantage.
Working knowledge of CRM/sales tools and MS Office; strong numeracy for pricing, margins and collections.
Network of caf, office, HORECA and institutional contacts is an added advantage.Experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ handson barista experience in specialty coffee, caf or HORECA environment with demonstrable mastery of coffee craft.
Previous barista competition experience (e.g. national championships, latte art or brewers cup) is a plus.
Exposure to sales, account management or business development in HORECA, hospitality or FMCG is a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM systems an added advantage.
