The role's purpose is to administer the company's Microsoft 365 environment, protect confidential digital assets, maintain IT equipment and software controls, support users, and strengthen data integrity and reporting across business systems, including PEMS.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services, including user accounts, licences, groups, permissions and access controls
Support Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and related Microsoft services.
Implement and monitor multi-factor authentication, conditional access, device compliance and other approved security controls.
Manage secure user onboarding, role changes and offboarding, including prompt access provisioning and revocation.
Conduct periodic privileged-access and licence-utilisation reviews and maintain auditable administration records
Maintain a complete register of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, software licences and other IT assets.
Coordinate procurement, configuration, assignment, movement, recovery, maintenance and retirement of IT equipment
Install and support approved operating systems, business applications, security tools and software updates.
Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, email, connectivity, printing and user-access issues.
Coordinate OEMs, vendors and specialist service providers while protecting company information and access credentials.
Protect confidential company information, digital records, credentials and technology assets from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
