Job Summary

  • TheIT Supervisorwill oversee the Company's technology strategy, infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives across its retail business units.
  • The role will ensure that technology supports business growth, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, retail operations and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Company's IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across business units.
  • Oversee ERP, POS and other critical business systems.
  • Ensure technology supports boutique and head-office operations.
  • Develop and enforce IT governance and cybersecurity policies.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure planning and capacity requirements.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
  • Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
  • Manage IT budgets and technology investments.
  • Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable IT and data protection requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology.
  • Provide management with technology performance and risk reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years' IT experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities.
  • Experience inretail, multi-location or hospitality environmentsis highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with ERP and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, infrastructure and IT governance.
  • Strong vendor and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
