Job Summary

• The T Infrastructure & Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation, availability and support of the Company's technology environment across offices, warehouses and boutiques.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations.
• Provide oversight of end-user support and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage hardware, software, devices and IT assets.
• Administer networks, servers, user accounts and access rights.
• Monitor IT systems and resolve incidents promptly.
• Support POS, ERP and other business applications.
• Coordinate software updates, backups and maintenance.
• Implement IT security controls and access management.
• Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
• Coordinate vendors and external technical support providers.
• Support new boutique openings, relocations and technology installations.
• Ensure business systems remain operational and reliable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4 - 6 years' experience in IT infrastructure/operations.
• Experience supportingmulti-site retail operationsis an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software and user administration.
• Experience with POS and ERP environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
