It, Data & Systems Officer

IT, Data & Systems Officer to manage the organization's technology systems, data, reporting tools, and digital infrastructure while supporting secure and efficient business operations.

Ideal Candidate

• Should have strong skills in IT systems administration, data analysis, reporting, information security, troubleshooting and business intelligence, with the ability to support users and translate data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Systems Management Manage and maintain business systems including Loan Disk, Musoni DFA, SASAPAY, Presta, Biometric systems, PABX and CRM to ensure availability and smooth operations.
• IT Support & Infrastructure Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, networks and other IT equipment.
• Data Management & Security Maintain data integrity, user access controls, backups, recovery processes and data protection measures.
• Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean and analyse business data, including loan, repayment and client information, to support management decision-making.
• Dashboards & Business Intelligence Develop and automate reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI to track performance, trends and key business indicators.
• Vendor & SLA Management Coordinate with technology vendors and monitor service agreements, system uptime and service quality.
• Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation and better use of data.
• Website & Communication Systems Manage the company website, email platforms and other digital communication systems.
• Training & Documentation Train staff on systems and data tools and maintain relevant user guides, procedures and IT documentation.
