Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for HQ and state office staff.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support data backup, storage, and security protocols.
  • Assist in the deployment and support of program data systems and digital tools.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and support procurement of IT supplies.
  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
  • Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of network and systems troubleshooting.
