Investor Relations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies and communication plans.
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor briefings and annual shareholder meetings.
• Build strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders and analysts.
• Prepare investor presentations, press releases and annual reports.
• Analyse financial results, market trends and economic indicators.
• Develop investor relations frameworks with measurable KPIs and annual reviews.
• Support the implementation of the J10 policy in line with board directives.
• Manage relationships with regulators and other external stakeholders.
• Promote a sales-first culture and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• An advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• 8 - 12+ years' experience in investor relations, research or financial analysis within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and financial statements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling.
• Strong organisational and project-management abilities.
