Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
A master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA or equivalent are highly desirable.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, private equity, asset management, transaction advisory or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, valuation and financial analysis.
Experience supporting corporate finance or investment transactions from origination through execution.
Experience preparing pitch books, information memoranda, investment papers and client presentations.
Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
