Job Summary

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of materials, monitoring stock movements, and supporting inventory accuracy across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate ERP/WMS inventory records.
  • Monitor receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Ensure proper storage and bin allocation.
  • Monitor stock ageing.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Stock Control & Verification:

  • Perform cycle counts.
  • Support physical stock counts.
  • Investigate shortages, overages, and damages.
  • Ensure physical stock matches system stock.

Documentation & System Management:

  • Update inventory transactions.
  • Maintain inventory reports.
  • Verify GRNs and stock transfers.

Warehouse Coordination:

  • Coordinate stock movement.
  • Support picking and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control.

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure SOP compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Report inventory risks and discrepancies.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Prepare inventory MIS reports.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS.
  • FMCG experience preferred.
