Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to oversee stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and reconciliation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, and remaining.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Coordinate proper receipt, storage, arrangement, and handling of inventory.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and slow-moving items.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory or stock management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock-taking procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
