We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support the efficient management, control, and movement of inventory within the organization. The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, receive and inspect incoming materials, and ensure the proper storage and timely issuance of goods.

The role involves conducting stock counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, processing inventory documentation, and collaborating with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and other departments to maintain optimal stock availability.

The Inventory Clerk will contribute to minimizing stock losses, improving inventory accuracy, ensuring proper inventory control procedures, and supporting efficient warehouse and supply chain operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Provide data for cost control and material usage analysis. Coordination: Liaise with procurement officers for material replenishment and vendor deliveries. Coordinate with site supervisors to forecast material needs. Communicate with the accounts department n material valuation and reconciliation.
