We are seeking a reliable and technically inclined Internet Installation Technician to handle the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of internet equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
Install and set up internet equipment at customer locations.
Configure routers and other basic networking devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues.
Test equipment to ensure proper connectivity.
Carry out basic maintenance and provide technical support when required.
Maintain accurate records of completed installations and assigned jobs.
Requirements
OND, HND, or relevant technical training is preferred.
0 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of networking and internet equipment is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to visit customer locations when required.
Ability to drive with a valid driver's licence is an added advantage but not compulsory.
