Responsibilities
Lead benchmarking with TWG member organizations, assessing data systems against agreed minimum viable data standards
Consolidate benchmarking results into clear, decisionready evidence to inform the data standards pilotPilot Design, Delivery & Documentation (Results 1–3)
Support design and launch of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots
Document pilot processes, capturing lessons learned for adaptive management
Author pilot completion reports in formats agreed with DG ECHO
Identify pilot opportunities under Result 3 with participating organizationsResearch Translation (Result 4)
Translate findings from mapping reports into concrete design inputs for pilotsCoordination & Reporting
Participate in TWG meetings and subgroup sessions
Provide regular progress updates to TWG coleads
Prepare materials for coleads meetings and HLGSC Coordination BoardRequirementsEducation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Science, International Development, or related field (required) (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});
Master’s degree (advantageous)Experience
3–6 years’ experience in humanitarian supply chain, program monitoring and evaluation, or data systems work
Direct responsibilities in pilot design or testing new operational mechanismsSkills & Competencies
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
Comfort with data standards, benchmarking frameworks, and governance concepts
Excellent written communication skills, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations
Ability to work across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
Fluency in English (required); French or Arabic (advantageous)Desirable
Prior experience with data standards frameworks (GS1, UNSPSC)
