Provide strategic and technical direction to achieve project goals.
Oversee implementation of activities to maximize impact.
Develop, review, and monitor annual work and performance plans.Project Delivery & Compliance

Ensure activities align with performance framework and operational policies.
Oversee management of partners/subgrantees.
Provide financial and operations support, ensuring sound budgets and timely donor reporting.Donor & Stakeholder Relations

Report to donors through debriefings and formal reports.
Maintain active relationships with government officials, partners, and institutions.
Represent the project publicly and share achievements and lessons learned.Team Leadership

Requirements
Advanced degree in international development, humanitarian assistance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});experience managing refugee or crisisaffected programs.
Experience managing largescale, multimilliondollar, multicountry, multipartner projects.
Experience working in East Africa, particularly Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Uganda.
Demonstrated success in staff capacitybuilding and gendersensitive programming.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
