Lead, mentor, and develop Business Analysts and Graduate Trainees.
Set objectives, performance standards, and development plans.

Analyse portfolio performance across disbursements, collections, PAR, defaults, writeoffs, recoveries, and provisioning.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.Portfolio Planning & Forecasting
Support forecasting, target setting, and scenario modelling.
Provide forwardlooking assessments under different risk scenarios.Risk Analytics & Early Warning
Develop portfolio risk monitoring and earlywarning indicators.
Lead stress testing and escalate material risks.Credit & Investment Decision Support
Provide analytical support for underwriting, client selection, portfolio growth, collections, and risk mitigation.Executive Reporting & Insights
Own executivelevel reporting for leadership, Board, and external partners.
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.Business Intelligence & Reporting
Design and maintain dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting solutions.Data & Systems Transformation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (professional charter preferred).
4+ years’ experience in business analytics, financial analysis, portfolio management, or credit risk management.
Experience managing or mentoring analytics professionals.
Track record of leading technology integration or systems change projects.Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in analytics coding languages/tools (Python, SQL).
Advanced Excel, financial modelling, credit risk modelling, stress testing.
Data visualization with Power BI, Holistics, or Tableau.
Deep understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and APIs.
