Infrastructure Works Supervisor At Cosgrove Investment Limited

Job Requirements

• 7 - 10 years' proven experience in infrastructure and civil construction works
• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Proven experience supervising infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, earthworks, external works, and related civil works
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, quality control, and safety requirements
• Experience coordinating site personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, discipline, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and liaise effectively with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
