Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute infrastructure strategies and roadmaps aligned with business growth and customer needs. Lead capacity planning to ensure infrastructure can support current and future service demands. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data centre architecture and infrastructure standards. Manage data centre resources, including space, rack allocation, power, cooling, and connectivity. Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, asset inventories, and dependency records. Own and drive the evolution of the organisation's network architecture and connectivity strategy. Ensure the security, resilience, and availability of servers, networks, firewalls, and critical infrastructure. Lead the response and resolution of infrastructure-related security incidents and operational risks. Manage infrastructure assets, lifecycle planning, and hardware procurement. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for infrastructure and data centre teams. Manage infrastructure and data centre budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource utilisation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Job Experience and skill required Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related 8 - 10 years experience in infrastructure, data-centre operations, hosing, networking or related Proven experience in a senior infrastructure or data-centre management Experience in designing or managing data-centre architecture, data network architecture and infrastructure.
