Incubation Agent

What you will be doing

• Work on the lead generation through different acquisition channels (tele acquisition, organic, offline, referral)
• Validate the quality of the lead
• Convince seller to go live on Jumia
• Complete acquisition of sellers through the Self-Sign Up form
• Provide all information necessary for the vendor to succeed from Day 1
• Ensure that sellers are admin-ready and are trained on how to grow their business on Jumia
• Ensure new sellers on Jumia learn how to use the necessary tools and information to start working
• Get feedback from our sellers and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Acquisition, and/or Business Consultant
• Problem solver, perfect written and spoken communication
• Customer obsession
• Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
• Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree required
