Purpose of the Job

Facilitating the morning and afternoon shift, ensuring that deliveries and collections are processed. This requires the handling of deliveries and pickup of consignments in a safe and professional manner in accordance with company service standards to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires coordinating with the dispatcher and the express / domestic operations Team Leader / Supervisor.

Job Description

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Physical work involved (loading of boxes etc.)
Daily running of both the Operational and Admin responsibilities of the In-house site
Excel experience
Responsible for all the staff working at the In-house site, or any other site linked to the client i.e. all leave requirements and forms, uniforms etc.
Manage and assist with all queries re clientfs consignments, following up with the Aramex office, and also the appointed Accounts Manager
Ensure that staff abides with all the rules and regulations as laid down by the client
Ensuring that staff follow the Disciplinary Rules and Guidelines of Aramex as published in the employee handbook
Daily liaison with Operations is absolutely critical in the smooth running of an In-house operation, thus commitment to comunicating daily with them, will ensure that the Service to the client is delivered.
